🧠 Why Are SendApp and AfriEx Outliers?

These rates may reflect aggressive customer acquisition strategies or currency hedging advantages. Both SendApp and AfriEx operate in the growing fintech remittance space, where they can afford to offer better margins than traditional players by optimizing digital infrastructure and leveraging real-time FX trading.

In contrast, services like Western Union and UnityLink remain stable but unremarkable, hovering just below ₵13.82, perhaps indicating slower rate adjustment or margin protection strategies.

💡 What Should You Watch?

  1. Volatility can work for or against you – especially if you remit large sums.

  2. Don’t assume loyalty pays – switching to SendApp this week could net ₵100+ more per £1,000.

  3. Outliers may not last – promotional rates could drop, so always verify on the day you send.

✅ Final Take

Most remittance services remain bunched tightly around ₵13.78 but outliers like SendApp and AfriEx could mean big gains if you're paying attention. As rates shift week by week, making data-driven choices could be the difference between sending school fees and adding a little extra.
